Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as PayPal, venmo, or Stripe).
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Originals, Availability & Accuracy

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Descriptions and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs and methods are shown at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is dependent on the carrier and is outside our control.
Rianoshek.art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Returns & Refunds

Original artworks are generally final sale unless otherwise stated.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
